We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, but if you are unhappy with your products for any reason, you can return them to us in accordance with this Returns Policy.
Out and About Style runs a no refund policy (except for damaged goods), however items can be exchanged or credit note given for returns received within 14 days of original purchase.
If you want to return or exchange your products, you must take reasonable care of them and they should be returned to us in their original condition, which means that:
- You can open the packaging to look at and try on the products as you would in stores.
- You must not try on the products wearing strong perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave scent or marks on the products.
- Hygiene strips must not be removed from any products (for example, bodysuits or swimwear).
- Tags should not be removed from products.
- The original packaging should be retained and returned.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the products before returning them to us, you may have to compensate us. For health and hygiene reasons all bodysuits and swimwear are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective products.
RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE and CREDIT NOTE
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject product “exchange” and we will follow up with you within two working days. In your email please include the following:

If you wish to exchange for a credit note, please state this clearly.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
We can only offer an exchange of the same product in a different size or colour, if stock allow. Exchanges can take up to 5 working days to be processed. If we are unable to exchange the item, due to unavailability, we will email you with an explanation and issue you a credit note which will allow you to purchase a different product on the Out and About Style site at a similar value. Exchanges are only allowed once on the same product
HOW IS YOUR MONEY REFUNDED? (DAMAGED GOODS ONLY)
If your return is accepted based on the terms stated in the above sections, the below options will be applied:
Paypal: If you have paid for your order using PayPal, a refund will be made back to your PayPal account within 72 hrs.
Credit and Debit card: If you have paid using a credit or debit card, a refund will be made back to your card. The time taken will dependent on your credit card company, bank and the regular processing time.
